In collaboration with Budapest Showcase Hub, Magma and Tumult Kollektiv is hosting two days of immersive writing sessions in the heart of Budapest. We’re looking for passionate artists, innovative producers, and visionary songwriters eager to explore new opportunities and make waves in the international sync scene. Not only will you get hands-on experience working with industry pros, but you’ll also gain access to the BuSH showcase conference.

Seppl Kretz - Magma Music Agency NL Leonhard van Voorst - Tumult Kollektiv DE
Magma Music Agency is an award-winning music agency based in Amsterdam lead by Seppl Kretz. Renowned for its sync and bespoke compositions for global brands, it is searching for the next wave of creative talent. As Creative Music Director, he’s worked with global brands like Heineken, Diesel, and Schweppes, winning top industry honors including Cannes Lions, D&A, and Eurobest. In 2022, he co-founded the sync agency: Magma, which has quickly grown into an award-winning team known for its creative approach to sync and music production.
Leonhard van Voorst is a Berlin-based producer and composer. As a member of Tumult Kollektiv, he crafts music, sound design, and voice-overs for acclaimed video games including The Knightling, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, and Borderlands. Beyond his collaborative work, Leonhard has composed music for numerous multidisciplinary video pieces and immersive art installations.
